Property Investments
The company will review and consider short term loans to finance planned real estate community development projects. RRGI in conjunction with First Investment Group UK Ltd works closely with property developers to financially structure a transaction for interim lending or to provide the developer with short term credit facilities. Whether financial requirements are an interim loan, additional equity to facilitate an interim loan or if the developer requires a Standby Letter of Credit or exit strategy takeout, First Investment is capable of accommodating the financial requirements.
Investments in real estate are restricted to Single or Multifamily residential projects in a planned community environment. The project must be approved by the appropriate local or governmental authority and contain the appropriate licenses issued by the authority.
The documents for review should contain an executive summary of the planned project, current financial statements of the principals, a feasibility study, marketing plan, architectural planning, engineering, planned infra-structure improvements, direct and indirect cost associated with the development in phase(s) and cash flow projections.
The submission documents should include an application from the principals to First Investment Group with the type and kind of financing required to launch and complete the project. The capital requirements could be a Joint Venture or a form of equity.
